“Everything was wonderful except the night lady did not want to sale water because she said that it makes a lot of noise and it loud. And she will get some out later on but you can purchase soda. That’s not what i wanted I was super thirsty but i ended up with 2 soda anyway because she still didn’t get the water other than that everything was nice I wil visit again ”

During checkout, I saw her knocking on doors and even leaving a guest’s room door open while they were still asleep, which felt highly unprofessional and concerning.
